Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Staff Platform Engineer to join Intuitive, a pioneer in robotic-assisted surgery committed to minimally invasive care. The ideal candidate will lead in architecting and engineering DevOps solutions within a GCP environment, focusing on infrastructure automation and dynamic environment support. This role involves collaboration with development teams, DBAs, QA, and project managers, aiming to deliver superior technical infrastructure for product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead infrastructure automation, cloud integration, and execute infrastructure as code methodologies. Develop, execute, and support Infrastructure release management and operations. Establish monitoring and infrastructure health reporting systems to advance self-healing infrastructure principles. Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, document architecture, and enhance deployment frameworks. Manage and support the GCP cloud environment, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the DevOps pipeline.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in GCP technologies and infrastructure. Strong experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform). Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with DevSecOps model.
Industry Experience:
Extensive experience in Systems/Infrastructure engineering within a regulated environment is required. Prior experience in healthcare technology or related fields is preferred, showcasing a commitment to improving patient care through technology.
