Rantec Microwave Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a

Contracts Administrator

to assist the Contracts Manager in administration of department functions and maintain contract records by performing the following duties: Input all purchase orders, revisions and RMA' into ERP system Interfaces with Rantec personnel to ensure appropriate reviews are conducted, assist in scheduling required meetings and obtaining required review and approval signatures prior to release of orders Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and company policies and procedures Serve as the official repository for all contractual documentation and correspondence relative to assigned contracts Maintain and publish various reports such as warranty reports, and DD254 reports Act as a point of contact for all repair activity from start to finish Develop specialized knowledge in handling controlled unclassified information Maintaining denied party screening handled in Descartes Assist in audit compliance support for AS9100, prepare contract related documents and correspondence such as customer satisfaction, and provide and maintain customer warranty reports Monitor and report supplier quality scores and if required interact with the customer Maintain and track all export licenses through the U.S. Department of State and Department of Commerce

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School diploma and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience in contracts Computer skills to include experience and working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and any ERP systems (Costpoint preferred) Knowledge of DoD contracting Knowledge of FAR/DFAR Communicate effectively both orally and in writing Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating with company personnel, customers and suppliers Make decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent organizational and follow through skills Detail oriented

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

A working understanding of the US Government Acquisition and Procurement environment Working knowledge using Deltek Cost Point ERP System Associate's degree or 5 years of experience working in contracts CCMA (certified contract management associate) certification from NCMA
