**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the highest repair and restoration standards for interior and exterior spaces. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and improving the functionality and appearance of residential or commercial properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repair and restoration of appliances, furnaces, heaters, boilers, doors, hardware, cabinets, floors, plumbing, electrical systems, and painting.
- Ensure exterior maintenance meets high standards, including doors, windows, hardware, plumbing, fences, pools, and exterior lighting.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
- Manage community grounds maintenance to ensure a clean and attractive outdoor space.
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring all properties are ready for new occupants.
- Oversee inside turnovers to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory management for tools and supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to or tenants.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, providing training and support as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance practices across various systems (appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
