Student Computer Support Technician
Position Overview:
The Student Computer Support Technician is responsible for managing and repairing all technological equipment owned by the university. This includes providing equipment for eligible members of the campus community and troubleshooting issues related to CSP-issued laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, software, and more.
Essential Duties: Assist in assembling, repairing, installing and maintaining technological equipment owned by the university Responding to tickets assigned to the tech shop and direct larger issues to the appropriate teams via the ticketing system Help maintain the Tech Shop's inventory to provide an accurate record of CSP's assets Arrive to your shift on time and communicate schedule conflicts in advance. Be open to constructive feedback and work on areas of improvement Complete all university requirements to include submitting timecards by deadline for each pay period
Qualifications:
Graduation date of May 2026 or later (required)

Have a degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
Have experience troubleshooting technological problems
Are familiar with using Windows
Have previous customer service experience
Has experience working alone and completing projects
