Project Management Execute Continuous Improvement ( CI ) projects across safety, quality, delivery, and cost dimensions ( SQDC ). Implement data-driven solutions to improve
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) , waste reduction, and labor productivity. Capability Development Coach and develop teams in
Lean
and
Six Sigma
methodologies. Lead breakthrough
Kaizen events
to achieve measurable results. Governance and Metrics Track and report on the status of CI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs. Maintain and sustain a
multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio , allocating resources effectively. Collaboration and Alignment Cascade Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) to align teams with strategic goals. Ensure initiatives align with the company's deployment and governance processes. Required QualificationsTechnical Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience). Lean
and
Six Sigma certification
(Green or Black Belt preferred). Minimum
3 years of manufacturing experience
in a plant setting. Key Skills Strong verbal and written communication, effective across all organizational levels. Proven expertise in
project or program management . Financial acumen with the ability to develop compelling business cases. Experience in multi-site, multi-cultural environments. Attributes Results-driven with a
zero-loss mentality . Team player with strong influencing skills. Adaptable, organizationally savvy, and capable of managing complexity. Fluent in English. Work Environment Smoke-free campus. Safety protocols require no false eyelashes, press-on fingernails, or jewelry on the production floor. Steel-toe, non-slip shoes
