Although we're an apparel and footwear-focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswear’s Digital Technology (CDT) group enables an IT infrastructure and applications across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry. The Sr. Manager, eCommerce Digital Product oversees multiple product categories and manages a team of Digital Product Managers, Owners and Analysts to deliver value and experience-driven features. Creates product strategy and vision and implements long-term planning through regular multi-year road mapping. Provides guidance in assessing product opportunities and risks, leverages data-driven approaches to test and optimize the product and suggests new solutions to increase the product’s business value. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Leverage market and competitive insights and current trends to define functional solutions. Solve complex challenges and problems by offering multiple creative and differentiating solutions. Organize workshops with product users to discover and validate hypotheses and develop optimal solutions for the product. Ensure solutions align with product strategies and are prioritized. Lead larger scale initiatives, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and business needs are met. Identify documentation needs, articulate, and guide the creation of business process flows, use cases diagrams, user journey mapping, and training documentation. Create and drive the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for a given product or portfolio of products. Use a data-driven approach to consistently redefine priorities to respond to stakeholder and consumer needs and communicate those insights and priorities to stakeholders. Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance, operational support, and regulations. Act as a change agent to drive innovation and digital transformation. Define OKRs in partnership with cross-functional product teams, giving visibility of progress to stakeholders. Serve as a manager for multiple product professionals (Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Analysts). YOU ARE

A problem-solver with critical thinking skills. An excellent presenter and communicator, both written and verbal. Highly organized with exceptional time management and project management skills. YOU HAVE

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business or Computer Science or related field or related work experience. 8 years’ experience in Product Management. Industry experience specifically within eCommerce Platforms, including Content Management Platforms and Digital Experience Platforms required. Scrum Master Certification is a plus. Previous Product Management experience including soliciting and writing business requirements and managing a product backlog required. Agile product lifecycle experience required. Comprehensive knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management processes. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred.
