The Senior Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for leading all HR functions within the agency. This includes directing the agency’s Human Resources Management, acquiring and managing talent, driving benefit practices, overseeing labor and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and leadership programs, and creating a work culture of inclusion and employee engagement. You will work with the Executive leadership team and program directors to develop people management strategies for the agency. The SVP is responsible for creating and fostering an HR function that advances the agency's overall mission. In addition to leading the HR staff, the SVP will provide thought leadership and forward-thinking practices as an active member of the agency’s executive leadership team. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in business administration and/or HR-related professional accreditation preferred but not required. A minimum of 12 years of total Human Resources experience. A minimum of 5 years experience within a Human Resources leadership role. A minimum of 5 years of management experience with a strong focus on team development. A minimum of 3 years of experience helping frame and create Human Resource initiatives, DEI strategy, and recruiting. A minimum of 2 years reviewing, evaluating, developing, and implementing HR processes, procedures, and tools. A minimum of 2 years of experience with compensation, benefits, and HR system technology. A minimum of 1 year experience with change management.
