Responsibilities Job Purpose
Successful candidates should be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
Key Accountabilities
Responding and resolving desktop support inquiries via our ticketing system, email, or phone. (ServiceNow)
Excellent communication skills are a must (face-to-face, written, and telephone)
Good organizational skills, able to handle projects and prioritize tasks as they present themselves
Software Support - troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, and removing applications. (Windows 10, Office365)
Hardware Support - troubleshooting, reimaging, and building client machines
Mobile Device/Tablet - troubleshooting, upgrading and setup assistance
Active Directory Administration - user accounts, security groups
Conduct User IT Orientation to go over resources and services
SharePoint - site creation, administration, and troubleshooting
Unified Communications - Cisco Webex, Call Manager, MS Teams administration and troubleshooting
Qualifications Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
Educational Requirements
4-year Degree in Information Systems /Computer Science or Associates/Computer Certification.
Required Work Experience
Minimum 2 Year’s Service Desk experience, some server administration a plus.
Additional Requirements
Able to work flexible and weekend hours
Able to follow direction, work with the team, and work independently
Understanding of Asset Management systems such as LANDesk or SCCM
Familiarity with Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and Dell OptiPlex desktops

The expected starting pay range for this role is $77,000 - $96,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses
