Program Assistant 4 Temporary Job Description: Job Summary: Reporting jointly to the Sr. Associate Dean and the Sr Program Coordinator, this role provides principal staff support to a variety of recurring and special programs and initiatives. Coordinates a broad variety of administrative tasks & activities such as; calendaring, scheduling, mail merges, assisting with manger/supervisors or(s) &/or dept's calendars & planning/executing unit events and general office management tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Microsoft Suite proficiency 2-5 years administrative experience A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of experience, education and training from which comparable skills can be acquired Preferred Qualifications: Smartsheet proficiency
