Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 3x10s 7a-5:30p and one shift 7a-3p, totaling 37.5 hours weekly

Primary Unit: CVOR

Float: Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases

On-Call Requirement: On-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8-hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7

Requirements:

BLS Required 2.5 Years of OR experience required Circulate required; Scrub is preferred

Types of Cases/Experience Required:

Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, transplant, VATs Main OR: Strong experience in General and Ortho Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADs Transplant experience (at least heart transplant), Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram) Must have endovascular, vascular experience (i.e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem-Pop bypass)

Charting System: EPIC/OR Manager (PICIS)
