Lead Product Manager, Mobile Central Product We are looking for an accomplished Lead Product Manager to join the Mobile Central Product team, reporting to the Director of Product. This role is an opportunity to impact all of EA's mobile game titles and work with cross-functional leaders to shape portfolio strategy and influence decision-making at the highest level. You will have the option to be fully remote from anywhere in the US and Canada. EA Mobile's Central Product team drives high visibility, high impact cross-studio projects and develops standards, capabilities, and technologies that enable a world-class product organization and live service excellence. Responsibilities Build actionable cross-team roadmaps that meet team and portfolio-wide OKRs. Collaborate with stakeholders across EA to ensure alignment, prioritize needs, build roadmaps, and deliver solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business. Communicate with leadership to provide regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Identify and promote industry best practices and standards across EA Mobile. Drive market research and identify new portfolio opportunities. Design and deploy standard solutions and processes across EA Mobile to accelerate individual game solutions and optimize performance, while preserving game team autonomy and agility. Support new game strategy and development. Assist in developing and growing our Product Management talent, promoting a positive culture and encouraging individual growth. Write high-quality, detailed, actionable spec documents and provide thoughtful feedback on others' work. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a Product Management role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Desire to lead cutting-edge and challenging initiatives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including articulating complex and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience navigating complex organizational structures and cultivating relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management skills. Experience with mobile game development and industry strategies. Proven experience leading large cross-functional initiatives or transformational projects is a bonus. Experience in managing, developing, and growing a high-performance team is a bonus. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g., education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $140,700 - $204,700 USD Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): $131,000 - $174,800 USD Jersey City, NJ: $164,800 - $204,700 USD New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $125,300 - $204,700 USD Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $125,300 - $198,100 USD In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
