The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage technical projects related to satellite systems, space missions, and related technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget. Define project deliverables and milestones. Execution: Lead project execution, coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with technical requirements and project goals. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners. Provide regular project updates and address any issues or risks. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure successful project outcomes. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that technical solutions meet project requirements and quality standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management roles, with a strong track record of managing technical projects. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of technical concepts and experience managing projects in software development, IT systems, or engineering. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions. Certifications: Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are required. Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in technical project management, with experience leading large-scale and complex projects. Advanced Skills: Expertise in advanced project management methodologies and tools, including experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical systems and technologies relevant to space exploration or satellite systems. Certifications: Advanced project management certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)). Industry Experience: Experience in aerospace or technology sectors, particularly with applications related to space technology or satellite systems ITAR Requirements:
