The People Data Privacy Specialist is a critical part of our teams People Compliance and Data Privacy team. In this role, the People Data Privacy Specialist will support and manage requests through the Privacy review process. This role will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver consistent and standard processes and continuously identify and implement process improvements to better facilitate the collection of data across a diverse HR-related data set that spans multiple systems and processes globally. The ideal person exhibits patience, attention to detail, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude. Responsibilities: Partner with the Advisor Team to conduct full Privacy reviews, including Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Legitimate Interest assessments. Provide support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around relevant processes, policy, and issues. Collaborate with team peers as well as with cross-functional internal and external points of contact, including legal partners, to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk. Execute the delivery of transactions with consistency and accuracy, meeting the standards of the People Data Privacy team. Maintain a commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for each case and process. Complete regular data quality reviews and audits. Experience assessing information for risk mitigation opportunities. Develop and drive opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Human Resources and/or HR Compliance experience. Experience spotting risks and escalating as appropriate. Experience working independently and collaboratively with a globally dispersed team. Experience managing and organizing multiple large document files with varying deadlines. Experience with data privacy, including GDPR, and risk/compliance management concepts in a global context. Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity. Experience in continuous improvement. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
