We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various destinations while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate commercial vehicles (e.g., tractor-trailers, box trucks) in compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational standards.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo as required, ensuring the integrity of shipments.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and company protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours, deliveries, and mileage using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delays, issues, or updates.
• Follow safety protocols for transporting hazardous materials, if applicable.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
Qualifications
• Valid CDL License: Class A, B, or C (depending on vehicle type and job requirements).
• Driving Record: Clean driving history with no major violations.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules.
• Ability to operate GPS and other navigation tools.
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads, perform vehicle checks, and manage cargo.
• Endorsements such as Hazmat or Tanker (optional based on job needs).

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
