This position is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of the foundation of each dental case. Join National Dentex- a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, NDX Heumann, located in Topeka, KS, is seeking to fill a Data Entry Clerk position. Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training!
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting with opening and inspecting cases. Distribute cases to the appropriate department.
Answer phone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times when necessary.
Assist in packing cases for shipment.
Scan work ticket, prescription and all supporting documents.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Computer skills- email, MS Word, Excel
Must be able to type and use 10-key
Experience answering multi-line phone system
Must be able to alphabetize
Attention to detail
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
