In this role, you will manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, prioritizing the needs of homeowners while ensuring tenant satisfaction. You will oversee the leasing process, handle homeowner and tenant inquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, and conduct property inspections. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in property management, or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While a real estate license is not required for this role, the ideal candidate will have the desire to obtain a license within a certain period of time, reflecting their commitment to professional growth. Responsibilities: • Homeowner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure their expectations and needs are met. Implement feedback mechanisms and conduct regular surveys to ensure homeowner satisfaction, aiming to exceed their expectations. • Property and Tenant Oversight: Manage leasing activities by preparing rental listings, processing applications, and reviewing leases, with a focus on protecting homeowner interests. Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, resolving issues promptly while balancing tenant satisfaction with homeowner priorities. • Maintenance and Inspection Coordination: Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions that uphold property standards and are cost-effective for homeowners. Schedule regular inspections to safeguard property value and address potential issues proactively. • Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports and updates on portfolio performance for homeowners and company management. Maintain effective communication lines with all stakeholders, ensuring homeowners are informed and involved in decisions impacting their properties. • Team Collaboration and Support: Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure cohesive and efficient property management operations. Assist in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field. Administrative or customer service fields are encouraged to apply. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with homeowners and tenants. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude. • Professionalism and empathy in handling challenging situations. • Team-oriented mindset for collaborative support within the team. Compensation: $45,000+ DOE
