The nurse educator provides clinical education and expert clinical knowledge to support consistent, evidence-based, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate care for all patients across clinical areas at Mercy Medical Center. The nurse educator is a leader that role models clinical excellence as well as contributes to the professional development of staff.
Requirements Education and Work Experience:
Must possess a degree in Nursing 5 years current clinical experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing, begin MSN within 2 years of hire
License Requirements:
Current RN Licensure in the State of Maryland
Certification Requirements:
Specialty Certification preferred NSP Certification preferred BLS CPR PALS
