Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate (Multiple position)
133 Terminal Ave. Clark, NJ - Onsite role
6+ month contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent.
Pay range: $45 - $50/hr on W2
Must Have:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a science or chemistry-related field, coursework or certification in Cosmetic or Drug Regulatory Affairs
Experience in drug or cosmetic industry
Knowledge of US and Canada regulations for Cosmetics and Chemical compliance preferred
Review formulas for compliance with local regulations, in particular for US and Canada

Required Skills:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a science or chemistry-related field, coursework or certification in Cosmetic or Drug Regulatory Affairs
Experience in drug or cosmetic industry
Knowledge of US and Canada regulations for Cosmetics and Chemical compliance preferred
Knowledge of French is a plus
Ability to quickly master new subjects and coordinate multiple tasks
Ability to quickly learn and advocate a point of view in public
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Job Description:
Review formulas for compliance with local regulations, in particular for US and Canada
Reviewing artwork for US and Canada Compliance
Reviewing US and Canada Claims requirements
Notifying products in US and Canada as needed
Canada Chemical regulatory oversight and review
Preparing registration documents as needed
