Job Title:
Interior Designer - Healthcare
Location:
Orlando, FL
(Hybrid 3 - 4 days remote)
We are helping an award-winning architecture firm with offices in Orlando, Philadelphia, and New York. Nationally recognized for their healthcare, corporate research and corporate and advanced technology projects.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop designs that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes.
· Oversees and contributes to interior design contract and presentation documents in all project phases.
· Presents design solutions to clients and teams.
· Fosters and maintains relationships with clients.
· Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design.
· Leads and coordinates team of both in-house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors.
· Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid-level interior designers.
· Prepares, issues, and reviews bids for furniture procurement.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in interior design from accredited institution
· Understands and implements market sector codes and requirements (i.e. Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, S&T, etc.)
· Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare
· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Excellent client management and leadership skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent time and project management skills with strong follow up.
· Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others.
· Able to take direction as well as lead others.
· Strong finish material knowledge and application
· NCIDQ certification
