Overview:
Responsible for creating and managing the Club's publications, print materials, and promotional content while utilizing various communication platforms, social media, and design tools. The role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders, creativity, and attention to detail in promoting Club activities.
Content Creation & Digital Communication:
Produce monthly log and weekly newsletters including writing, editing, and managing content.
Design and create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and email campaigns.
Manage and promote events using social media platforms, digital display boards, and other channels.
Serve as Club photographer/videographer for events.
Maintain and optimize the Club website, improving functionality, user experience, and SEO.
Create and execute social media plans to highlight events and engage members.
Ensure consistent design standards, and editorial style across all platforms.
Ensure all communication to members consistently represents the Club brand and is timely, professional and uses language which nurtures lasting relationships.
Develop and maintain guidelines for communication channels including social media, email, website, newsletters, etc.
Collaborate with club managers to ensure consistent promotion of activities.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Manages archive of photos and related materials.
Manages weekly priorities while maintaining high productivity levels
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in website management, social media, and digital marketing.
Strong writing, editing, and content development abilities.
Understanding of branding, design, typography, and photography.
Computer literate with full understanding of office, design, and web technologies.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Reports to Director of Membership and Marketing
Minimum 40-hour work week. Work holidays, evenings and special events as needed.
Work Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. These are the standard working hours for this position; however, you may be expected to work extended hours or on a day that you are not regularly scheduled.
