Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, system administrators, data scientists, and other technical positions.
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
Build and maintain a network of high-caliber technical professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and team needs.
Craft and post compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier technical candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay up to date on the latest trends in technical recruiting, as well as industry best practices.
Qualifications: Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and software development methodologies.
Familiarity with various recruiting platforms.
Experience with sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of technical positions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and soft skills.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
A passion for recruiting and a deep interest in the tech industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience with high-volume recruiting or recruiting for niche technical roles.
Familiarity with HR tools, interview platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
