Dentist needed in St. Louis area
We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our growing family practice. The ideal candidate will be confident in providing a wide range of dental care, including:
Anterior, premolar, and first molar endodontics
Simple and surgical extractions
General restorative dentistry ("bread and butter")
Dentures and partials
Schedule:
Full-time, 4 days per week
Preferred schedule: Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Wednesday/Friday
Patient Demographics: Family-focused practice with a significant pre-teen and older pediatric patient base Accepts Medicaid with negotiated fees close to PPO rates (e.g., crown: $1,067; endo: $956) Facility: 8 operatories, with expansion to 11 in 2025 Supported by 4 full-time hygienists 2024 production goal: $4.5 million (on track to achieve) Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure: First 5 months: Guaranteed daily rate of $900 Transition to 32% net production starting in month 6
Benefits: $2,000 annual CE allowance Malpractice premium coverage if added to the office policy (tail-end coverage not provided) Eligibility for medical and vision benefits (30+ hours/week) 2 weeks unpaid vacation 401(k) retirement plan (no employer match)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 total
50% paid at start date Remaining 50% paid after 90 days
