Summary:

The Business Enablement team within META Reality Labs is looking for a solution lead with demonstrated functional and operational understanding and expertise in consumer electronics or eyewear order management and logistics. With your demonstrated experience, you have shown business and technical systems expertise as it pertains to order management, electronics manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment, trade compliance, and customer service and support.Further, you have proven communications skills and an aptitude for close collaboration with business leadership, product engineering and applications engineering teams. You may be required to travel short-term, both domestically and internationally.

Solution Lead - Order Management Responsibilities:

Interface with planning, inventory management, logistics and supply chain management teams to define comprehensive process and system strategies that provide flexibility and are scalable as well as sustainable

Contribute to supply chain network strategies by providing comprehensive capability development analyzes and solution development roadmaps to implement goals defined by the strategies

Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs to meet operational outcomes that conform to customer and business requirements

Define solutions that allow for efficient supply chain execution

Support business partners in drafting business cases for new initiatives

Facilitate workshops with cross functional teams to gather detailed requirements

Develop strategies and solutions for on-boarding trading partners with respect to systems integration, inventory management and data collection

Set goals for the accuracy and completeness of supply chain reporting

Drive operational and system improvements to address supply chain issues

Develop sustainable solutions to integrate with different supply chain partners globally for transparent product supply chain visibility

Design and Develop solutions that support data analytics best practices for data visualizations and root cause investigation.

Document and maintain detailed architectural, business workflow and system process maps

Identify opportunities for process and system optimization near and mid-term and contribute to long range strategic planning

Collaborate with training organizations to develop reference documentation and educational materials for partners and internal resources

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years experience in supply chain operations.

Experience using Oracle Fusion, SAP or other ERP platforms for order fulfillment and inventory management

Experience in ERP/supply chain systems or business applications implementations

Experience with Forecast to Plan, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Issue to Resolution processes

Effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork and organization skills

Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics or eye wear industry.

Experience bringing new products to market.

Experience working with Trading Partners that manage consigned inventory.

Experience building internal and external customer relationships.

Experience with agile and scrum work management techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the eyewear industry and familiarity with FDA and HIPAA compliance requirements.

Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar related disciplines.

Six Sigma and/or DMAIC trained.

Experience with any of the following: Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, I2.

Experience with Design to Manufacturing best practices.

Experience with machine learning, AI and machine predictability solutions.

Project Management certification or Management degree

APICS Certification in CPIM or CSCP

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
