Salary and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000+ Yearly bonus based on quality and productivity Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Retirement package – 403b with 5% match 160 hours of Paid Time Off 8 paid holidays Continuing Medical Education with time off and allowance Life Insurance Eligible for Student Loan Repayment – up to $50,000 Malpractice covered License renewal & DEA covered by employer Long Term Disability/Short Term Disability Responsibilities Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) Provide screenings, assessments, and diagnosing Serve as primary clinician for a revolving caseload No weekends No on call Full support staff Requirements Clear and active LCSW or LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania New grads welcome!
