Scrum Master, Consultant

Your Role The Health Solutions IT Portfolio team defines and delivers solutions that meet business objectives and serves as a facilitator between the business and IT in understanding the business needs. This role leads eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements, processes, and high-level solution designs, and is a proactive member of an Agile product team. The Consultant Scrum Master will report to the Health Solutions IT Portfolio team Senior Manager. In this role, you will serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating and guiding scrum teams through the SaFe framework and agile principles. You should be committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practices, but should also remain flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve their workflow. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification and 7 years of Project Management skills or Scrum Master experience. Requires Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Scrum Master or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). Preferred Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC); CSM, A-CSM (Scrum Alliance certifications). Preferred experience as a Scrum Master for a minimum of two years for a Scrum team. Preferred experience using JIRA and Agile Place. Pay Range: The pay range for this role is: $118,800.00 to $178,200.00 for California. Notes: Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
