This role is open to Remote East Coast & Central Locations The Senior Director of Product Management designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product. In addition, the role ensures R&D investment aligns with commercial goals and portfolio management. Manages system lifecycle and commercialization of product portfolio, including launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams and merchandising strategies. Essential Job Functions: Manages the business model and utilizes close collaboration with software development to optimize product launches to grow the footprint and rate. By utilizing available R&D budget with a focus on maximizing L&W's return on investment, create, update, and communicate the product roadmap. Manages market requirements and execution of participation roadmap by driving new product launches through launch process. Directs overall product lifecycle planning and management including pricing, customer and technical requirements, product strategy and communications across each product category. Creates and manages brand and licensor relationships. Create new product go-to-market plans including product segmentation, pricing, timing and launch partners. Leads collaborative discussion around product strategy, pricing and feature requirements based on quantitative customer data and qualitative customer / player insights. Writes up business cases for investment, based on benefit to LnW and longer-term strategic positioning. Gathers customer feedback (i.e. advisory panels, surveys, enhancement requests, issues report, etc.). Research competitor pricing, performance, and product lines. Maintain competitive positioning and differentiating feature set. Plan external content marketing strategy with Marketing Department and Sales Enablement. Constantly assess opportunities, potential issues and/or risks related to system gaming operations product deployments. Lead post-launch postmortems and prioritize agreed upon opportunities for improvement based on the team's analysis and review with product, service delivery and/or business owners. Works with respective internal departments to aid in forecasting, production, and rollout priorities as well as troubleshoot problems impacting product lines and/or orders. Build productive collaboration and communication. Provide analysis and executive summary on cashless and mobile business vertical. Support the business requirement gathering and definition of cashless in all of our products. Represent our cashless solution with customers, including demonstrations, sales support calls. Oversee the design and movement of the mobile product as it pertains to cashless. Travel to Domestic markets as needed (15%). Qualifications

Training and/or Experience: 10+ years' experience in product management, with management/supervisory roles. Previous experience in Gaming required. Cashless Gaming experience nice to have. Mobile Funding experience nice to have. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proven leadership, excellent organizational and management skills. Knowledge of relevant legal codes in business and gaming. Strong problem solving and goal setting skills. Strong analytical skills. Skills in financial and ROI analysis. Understanding of Gaming industry, regulatory compliance and protocols. Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Physical Requirements: Office environment. Work Conditions: The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations. Pay Transparency: The targeted pay range for this role is $185,000- $200,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
