Senior Child Welfare Director As a key leader in our organization, you will supervise and support child welfare case managers directly and indirectly across the state, shaping the quality and impact of services we provide to children and families. You will play an active role in overseeing employee hiring and performance, recognizing achievements, managing disciplinary actions, and fostering a supportive culture aligned with agency policies and regulations. You will analyze case data and strengthen clinical and diagnostic skills and professional growth of direct service staff ensuring high quality of care and program integrity. This role will collaborate and consult with the executive leadership team on emerging industry practices and new program development. This position comes with the opportunity to take on on-call responsibilities, where you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and responding to critical needs as they arise.

What we are looking for:
Master’s degree in a Human Service field 3 years or more of experience working with children, youth, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment 2 years or more of supervision experience CERAP/CWEL certification and DCFS licensure with 402 certifications. Valid Driver’s license in good standing, and automobile insurance. Must obtain a valid IL license within 30 days of hire if moving from out of state.
