19 bed Neurosurgical ICU caring for acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post surgical patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, frequent neurological assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and routine CT, MRI and Angio. 2-3:1 pt assignments, may need to float to other ICUs/Step downs. American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions. Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Attestations not allowed. Needs to be rerun every 2 years with RN license renewal & upon expiration. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license. Completed within 1 year of start updated annually. Cannot be done on site. 3M 1860 1860S 1870+ 9205+ 6100 6200 6300 Prestige Ameritch RP88020 RP88010. Clinical Only: Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start. Only needs to be done once upon initial hire. This is not an annual requirement. Competency Exams for the relevant department. Must score at least 80%. To be complete within 1 year prior to start. Copies of exam required.
