Duties : Represent clients in energy-related litigation, including matters related to oil, gas, and other energy sectors. Manage and oversee case files, ensuring timely progress and adherence to client expectations. Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation, discovery, and strategy development. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring precision and clarity. Conduct legal research to support ongoing litigation efforts. Participate in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings as necessary. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on case developments. Requirements : 4-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with a preference for energy-related matters. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic record and legal writing capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. Judicial clerkship experience is highly preferred. Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications : Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
