Marketing SPAARK, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Strategic Planner to support the U.S. Army Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (USATATRC). This position is located at Fort Detrick, MD. This position is contingent upon successful contract award.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the organization and dissemination of strategic messages, information, and research results to all approved relevant media platforms. Develop and coordinate events, conferences, agendas, and briefing templates as required to meet command and headquarters deadlines. Coordinate Very Important Person (VIP) visits as required per Command instructions. Coordinate with US Army Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC)/ Defense Health Agency (DHA) Command Public Affairs Office (PAO) on command wide events. Coordinate with MRDC and DHA PAO for clearances for briefings, articles, and other publications. Coordinate printed material publications such as newsletters, presentations, poster boards, publications, and event signs with staff. Coordinate with MRDC/ DHA PAO office for approval when posting content on social media platforms. Survey TATRC's social media sites for appropriateness of comments and observance of OPSEC rules with TATRC security officer. Coordinate and support research staff during TATRC demonstrations on site and at off-site locations as required. Assist in development of content for a quarterly newsletter distributed for the TATRC Lab to include specific research projects and events. Develop draft Quarterly Newsletter - develop and maintain mailing list. Respond to any taskers from MRDC and DHA on conferences that TATRC staff will be attending. Assemble and distribute all conference approval packets for TATRC staff official event/conference correspondence to staff and/or program speakers, to include invitations and agendas, all registration forms, hotel reservations and confirmation numbers & reminders pertaining to any event being attended by TATRC personnel. Manage and coordinate the meetings to include, but not limited to, securing meeting space or demo space for managers, serving as the Point of Contact (POC) for all attendee communications, scheduling required vendors, and on-site management including registration, check-in, and protocol. Meeting pre-planning, facilitating the meeting, and development of any reports or documents generated because of facilitated meeting. Facilitator must provide facilitation tools and supplies. This includes note pads, sticky walls, technology of participation tools, and other supplies as needed to support facilitated exercises. Audio Visual (AV) equipment will be provided as required. Develop agenda and other pre-meeting materials as required. Provide Teams recording of meetings, note taking of meeting and reporting of follow up questions about to the meeting as required. Generate original content, based on TATRC projects and announcements, and share via TATRC social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), to present a coherent, militarily relevant and consistent message as required.

Secret security clearance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
