COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI)

  • Salary/sign-on:$750Kfirst year
  • Partnership: Year 2 (surgical center and practice)
  • Paid: Malpractice, licensing fees, medical society dues
  • Health: Paid with long term disability.
  • PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
  • CME: 10 days per year
  • Educationrepayment: Through hospital
  • Profit Sharing
  • No revenue sharing.

  • After hours (1:4-1:5 shared)
  • Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD
