Duties

  • Handle litigation cases in product liability, consumer class action defense, and Proposition 65 matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
  • Provide consumer product regulatory counseling.
  • Manage complex commercial and consumer litigation cases.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide strategic litigation support.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with an AmLaw 100 firm or equivalent.
  • Experience in Proposition 65, consumer class actions, and related regulatory matters is preferred.
  • California state court experience and federal clerkship are advantages.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active admission to the California Bar.
