We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful mergers and acquisitions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will:

• Lead and support complex M&A transactions, including strategic acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.

• Experience: 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm.
• Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership or eligibility to waive in.

• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
