Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their team. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be part of the Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations Technology department supporting agile development squads. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Principal Software Engineer Location: Boston, MA Pay Range: $75 What's the Job? Provide software engineering excellence to corporate actions applications. Collaborate with agile development squads to meet strategic corporate actions needs. Advocate for stability improvements and scalability in technology solutions. Support a diverse range of technology initiatives where no two days are alike. Engage with stakeholders to understand and address their software needs. What's Needed? Strong Java / J2EE experience. Solid background in Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate Frameworks. Exposure to Oracle databases & RDS. Solid SQL/PL-SQL background. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
