This role will be responsible for building automation scripts, test cases for multiple applications including web applications and Power BI reports.

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:
- Manages the full-cycle software quality assurance process.
- Creates comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements/acceptance criteria and functional specifications documents.
- Executes manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
- Maintains automated and manual test script libraries for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Aligns with the Software Development Life Cycle practices, comply with Information Security and Data Governance practices.
- Interprets results of automation tests and document software defects in issue tracking system; proactively communicates issues with developers and other project team members.
- Provides testing leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement in the Scrum team's QA methodology, innovate by researching and recommending new approaches to automation of testing, including use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Adheres to a testing schedule to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- Actively participates in the agile software development process by adhering to the Scrum methodology including attending all daily/weekly standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- 8+ years of experience in software testing in a process driven technology environment; experience in a financial services firm a plus
- Demonstrated experience programming with Java, C#, SQL, and shell scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
- Demonstrated experience implementing automation tests with industry standard tools such as selenium.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and executing automation test scripts against web, native/desktop applications, APIs, and Power BI Reports.
- Demonstrated experience using test cases, scripts, and automated test tools for verifying requirements on multi-tier applications.
- Demonstrated ability translating business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical test plans.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
- Relevant Professional certification required, including but not limited to: Certified Software Tester (CSTE), Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), and Certified Associate in Software Quality (CASQ)

A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one's geographic location, and how closely a candidate's skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role.
