Pay Rate: $50-53/hr - ($105,000 - 115,000/annually + Benefits when converted to a perm employee)

Grant and Restricted Fund Management
- Record Keeping and Compliance:
- Maintain detailed records of all grants and restricted funds, including budgets, expenses, and donor agreements.
- Ensure all grant expenditures adhere to donor restrictions, grant agreements, and organizational policies.
- Monitor grant and restricted gift receipts, prioritizing high-value donations and communicating them to fundraisers.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Development Operations, and Reporting to ensure accurate tracking of income and expenses for all restricted funds.
- Review and advise on grant modification requests, considering organizational policies and commitments.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate, and complete financial reports to stakeholders and donors.
- Assist in preparing grant proposals and providing financial data for grant reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct ongoing financial analysis and forecasting to inform decision-making related to restricted funds.
- Transaction Processing and Reconciliation:
- Process program transfers and maintain supporting documentation.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of grant and restricted accounts, ensuring accurate and timely expense allocation.
- Maintain strong internal controls over grant and restricted funds, including transaction reviews and discrepancy identification.
