Responsibilities include administration, organizational support, and reporting for both the Global Compensation and Mobility and Learning and Talent Management teams. Additionally, the role involves assisting leadership with scheduling, planning, and preparing materials. What you'll do Provides administrative support for Global Compensation and Mobility and Learning and Talent Management leadership teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, expense management and coordinating events Assists in the preparation of Compensation Committee meetings including materials, binders, and proof-reading Maintains Compensation policies and procedures documentation, forms, and templates Assists in delivery of team member communications Prepares and audits various bi-weekly recurring Compensation reports Provides meticulous review of compensation documents and external material Supports new team member onboarding and People recognition programs and events Collaborates with external vendors on respective data inquiries and reports Manages teams’ timekeeping and provides payroll support Completes ad-hoc projects, as required Performs other duties, as required All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external vendors Strong problem-solving skills Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and legal requirements Superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Human Resources or administrative assistant experience Prior analytical or administrative experience in Human Resources, Finance, HRIS, Accounting or related Skills, Licenses, and Certifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. Skills in performing various mathematical computations Experience with SuccessFactors Ability to provide strong customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks Ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion in completing work assignments to ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
