Payrate: 35/hr. Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator to support a mission-critical project involving the implementation of a new strategic sourcing tool and divesture contracts for affiliates. This role will require a combination of contract management, sourcing experience, and project management skills. Hybrid work week - 3 days in office, 2 from home Responsibilities: Manage procurement-related aspects of the strategic sourcing tool implementation. Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management, and portfolio management for divestiture-related contracts. Analyze data to drive tool development. Coordinate contract reviews with Legal and business partners. Build relationships with team members and stakeholders. Potential exposure to various corporate categories like Facilities, Marketing, IT, HR, etc. Assist Category Managers with special projects and ad hoc tasks. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract negotiations, sourcing, and supplier management. Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or 4 additional years of experience). Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with large sourcing events and contract negotiations ($500K+). Knowledge of indirect corporate categories (Facilities, Marketing, HR, IT). Familiarity with e-procurement tools (sourcing, contract management, analytics). Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
