Job Summary As the Senior Human Resources Manager at Lumen Field,
you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training and engagement of the people who create unforgettable guest experiences. You will be an experienced and well-versed Human Resources professional. You will also be a subject matter expert and strategic business partner.
Responsibilities: Developing & implementing recruitment plans for Lumen Field in partnership with department directors & managers. Ensuring all Levy and legal standards, such as I-9 documents, Creating Legends, WA State food handler's permits, MAST, & all other required onboarding paperwork are completed in a timely & accurate manner. Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures in alignment with Levy's Quality & Risk Evaluation (QRE). In partnership with the HR Director, develops, implements, & supports a retention strategy for Levy at Lumen Field. Overseeing onboarding & orientation training for all new team members. Manages workforce planning to build capability and optimize performance Develops, implements, and supports a retention strategy for a specific partner Overseeing onboarding and orientation training for new team members Leading efforts around employee engagement and retention at Lumen Field. Developing and implementing recruitment/staffing plans for the location in partnership with managers Overseeing the timely and accurate completion of all team member timesheets in our MyStaff time-keeping system Ensuring efficient and welcoming employee check-in experience Partnering with the location leadership team to develop and deploy an employee engagement action plan Overseeing employee investigation and progressive discipline procedures Educating and supporting managers in understanding and adhering to the location Collective Bargaining Agreement Ensuring all team member information is accurate & up to date within the 'People Hub' HRIS system. Ensuring the timely processing of all unemployment claims. Ensuring timely completion of all mandatory/compliance-related training, e.g. Preventing Workplace Harassment Working with location leadership to define management succession plan and development Partnering with department leaders to optimize flexible labor scheduling Supporting managers in completing employee investigations and corrective actions processes Analyze performance data across multiple units to look for operational efficiencies Delivering ongoing training and development to the on-site management team Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Director.
Here is the kind of HR Manager we are looking for:
4 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource management Experience with high volume recruitment. Experience managing a team including scheduling and payroll. Familiarity with performing audits. Previous experience working with a unionized workforce. High level of computer literacy (Excel, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, HRIS systems) Previous experience in either hospitality, food & beverage, sports & entertainment, or retail.
