Providence Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to assist with the efficient handling, storage, and delivery of materials in Brevard County, FL. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for off-loading, receiving, storing, and pulling materials while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have experience operating warehouse equipment and the ability to follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner. This is a temp-to-perm position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Off-load materials from delivery vehicles and inspect for accuracy and quality.
• Receive, organize, and store supplies in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull and prepare materials for delivery according to orders and instructions.
• Count, sort, and place materials on pallets for efficient storage and transport.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions accurately.
• Competence in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Heavy Work: Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment:

• This role involves working in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and potential hazards.
