Cobb County Toyota, a high volume, award winning, well established automotive dealership is seeking an Accounting Clerk for immediate hire. Part-time and Full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities – Accounting Clerk:
- Submit and process Warranty, GAP, and other F&I products
- Ensure all required documents are collected for cancellation process
- Process all warranty and insurance cancellation requests in a timely manner
- Calculate and process warranty and insurance requests
- Reconcile statements and post entries to general ledger
- Maintain current and clean accounting schedules
- Respond to all customer and vendor inquiries regarding finance products
- Scanning and filing
- Other duties as assigned in Accounting Department
Qualifications/Requirements – Accounting Clerk:
- Accounting experience required – automotive experience is a plus!
- MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle high volume, and work independently
- Possess understanding of general bookkeeping, accounting experience, or accounting degree
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
