The ideal candidate will have a strong software development and database architecture foundation and proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Go (or Rust). This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to cutting-edge technology in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements. ? Build and optimize database architectures for performance and scalability. ? Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. ? Innovate and experiment with new technologies to improve systems and processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: ? 3 years of professional experience in software development within the fintech domain. ? Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Go (or Rust). ? Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and Protobufs. ? Strong understanding of database architecture and optimization. ? Experience with modern software development practices, including agile methodologies. ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: ? Proficiency in C++ or C#. ? Proficiency with SQL and Redis for database and caching solutions. ? Experience in senior roles or leading a team. ?
