We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Los Angeles branch! You will perform activities from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
$20-$22.00 hourly DOE
Recruiting experience working in a staffing agency is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the staffing industry preferably in the light industrial field
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish required
