Summary of Job: Organize and execute various recruiting initiatives to fulfill the seasonal staffing needs for our theme park.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and attend local recruitment fairs
  • Assist pending employees through the I9 Paperwork Process
  • Conduct interviews for certain seasonal job positions
  • Responsible for developing, organizing, and executing recruiting programs for all Seasonal team members
  • Facilitate and attend high school and university hiring events
  • Responsible for organizing and implementing seasonal job fairs/community events

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: 18+
  • Valid Drivers License is a plus
  • Looking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. Weekends are a must.
  • Have strong verbal and written skills.
  • Have computer knowledge with different programs
  • Be able to pay attention to details
  • Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
  • Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
