Our client is a leading philanthropic organization dedicated to sustainability at the local and global scale. We seek a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our CEO. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex executive scheduling, including international travel arrangements and high-stakes meeting coordination Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, reports, and correspondence Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion Serve as primary communication liaison for executive leadership Organize and maintain executive office systems and digital/physical filing Coordinate board meetings, executive events, and strategic planning sessions Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for executive office Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years executive assistant experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, or corporate environments Exceptional organizational and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively Demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-sensitive priorities Required Skills: Impeccable written and verbal communication Strategic problem-solving capabilities High emotional intelligence Extreme attention to detail Professional demeanor Compensation: $95,000-$105,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
