Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding performance and uphold company standards.

  • Manage food production processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Coordinate and execute catering services and banquet events, ensuring flawless delivery and guest satisfaction.

  • Implement effective team-building strategies to promote a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurant, including bar areas.

  • Address guest concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure a superior dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in restaurant management or a comparable leadership role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong background in quick-service or full-service dining operations.

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.

  • Proven experience in managing catering services and banquet operations is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

  • Solid understanding of food production standards and best practices.
