Restaurant Manager Job at Karma Asian Fusion in Burlington

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.  We offer a fun and dynamic environment where your voice can be heard.  We have a loyal fan base as well as a great staff.  If you love great food and providing others with a memorable dining experience, then this is the place for you!  Compensation starts at $60,000.  

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage all FOH staff members
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
