Job Title: Welder

Location: Decatur, AL

Pay: based upon experience $25-$32 per hour

Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled Welders to perform high-quality welding tasks, including pipe welding, as well as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks including Pipe, MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, ensuring precision and quality.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding, preferably pipe welding.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.

Compensation:

• Pay is based on experience, ranging from $25 to $32 per hour.
