Registered Dental Hygienist
Come Join our Successful Dental Practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
All American Dental is looking for a responsible, determined Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental office. Our dental office is a veteran-owned private practice committed to providing optimal dental care. If you think you have what it takes to help us accomplish this task, we’d love to hear from you. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
Office Hours:(open to discussion on hygiene schedule)
4 Day Work Week. Monday-Thursday Hours between 8am – 5pm
Two Fridays a month Hours 8am – 12 pm
Having 3 doctors, we are always open. There's no need for you to take your vacation days when a doctor is out of the office. You choose your vacation time.

Requirements:
- Experienced in all dental hygiene procedures, sealants and administering local anesthesia
- Self-motivated, compassionate, friendly, and respectful of their co- workers and our patient family
- Dedicated to quality care with a commitment to patients’ health, comfort, and education
- Superior in their verbal and written skills
- Able to work with a varied patient population from children to seniors; able to assist in the diagnosis of dental disease; proficient in providing a full complement of dental hygiene services from use of intra-oral cameras and digital imaging to fluoride applications and periodontal therapy
- Committed to educating patients, not only on home hygiene tools and techniques that will help them maintain or enhance their oral health, but also on care recommended by the dentist.
- Experienced in accurate documentation of patients’ charts in a digital and paperless environment (Eaglesoft is a plus)
- Able to maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations

- Perform thorough patient assessments and provide exceptional patient care during dental procedures.
- Utilize Eaglesoft for efficient record-keeping and documentation review.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain medical records and ensure accurate coding for insurance purposes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
