Description
Oversee all aspects of high-rise apartment construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Lead project teams, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff, to achieve project goals. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to resolve challenges and optimize designs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and local regulations. Monitor project performance, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary. Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Profile
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, specifically high-rise apartments. Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of a construction project from pre-construction through to handover. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of effectively leading diverse teams. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Familiarity with construction software like Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
